What is it all about? I have talked to plenty of people who have tried this 'new' sport recently and like them, I have to be honest it has turned into something I think I could become quite passionate about. Having never really got into the mal style surfing and always opted for the ' easier' style of body boarding, the only other waves I have ridden have been wind powered either with kite or sail.

For me there is definitely an attraction for learning something new and the learning curve is really fast to get to a level when you can go out and enjoy small waves that I would have normally stayed at home and got on with some gardening. Sceptics may think I am just trying to sell you another piece of kit but from the positive reaction we had from just about everyone at our first demo this sport really is a great complement to just about everything we do and sell in the shop.
